Homeland Language Services is Hiring a Remote Strategic Account Manager

We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager!
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to play a pivotal role in identifying key customers, analyzing their needs, and driving revenue and profitability. The role involves developing lasting relationships, managing diverse language contracts, and expanding business opportunities in services like interpreting, translation, transcription, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze budgets and prepare reports, forecasts, and business plans.
  • Manage key accounts and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Propose solutions to meet client needs and drive product upgrades.
  • Address complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Serve as a liaison between key customers and internal teams.
  • Identify and approach potential strategic customers.
  • Promote the value of existing and new services.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with various departments and attend sales meetings.
  • Contribute to creating training courses and materials.
  • Enhance the onboarding process and support business growth.
  • Work closely with leadership, sales, vendor management, and marketing teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • 1-3 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in translation/interpretation services.
  • Strong data analysis and writing skills for proposals, RFPs, and customer communication.
  • People management and leadership abilities.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role.
  • Key account and sales management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Monday.com software is a plus.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask.
  • A degree in Communications or Marketing is advantageous.
